1/2. Shift-bonemealing a berry bush will create either a small spruce tree or a small oak tree. When you break their leaves, they will drop berries and a berry bush. Spruce trees are 5 blocks tall, oak are 4. 3. When shift-bonemealing a berry bush on retro grass, it will create a small oak tree with retro leaves. When you break their leaves, they will drop apples. They are 4 blocks tall. 4/5. Shift-bonemealing roses and dandelions creates large variants of roses and dandelions. The dark green wool represents a stem block (which will be dark green), the yellow and red wool represents petal blocks. Petal blocks can be crafted into dye (maybe 1 petal block = 8 dye). These flowers can rarely be found in plains biomes, and maybe they could also have their own biome. 6. Just a boulder. Spawns in forests. 7. Dead trees. Spawns rarely in desert biomes.
Those were just some of my ideas, I think it could add some nice variation to the world.

I am a fan of some of these concepts, especially that of the boulders and adding some sorta dead tree that can spawn in the desert
I'm unsure about specifically growing the berry bushes bigger into fuller sizes trees, but I like the concept of a smaller tree type thing. I will note that we do have shrubs that'll generate when planting saplings in the savanna and shrubland biomes
The giant flowers I have mixed emotions on for NFC specifically, but I think they're otherwise a cute idea for a mod
