So as you may have noticed, the factions on the server have gone mildly haywire. This is because of uploading a faulty modified factions jar that I thought was working properly. Everyone unwillingly left their factions, and to add to that all factions are still in place, so areas are claimed with no one actually controlling it. Unfortunately some of this is undoable, and that's everyone having left their faction, but I have gotten rid of all of the empty factions. So... that means there is now a lot of open area on the server this is unclaimed - including your house. So please get on the server ASAP and reclaim your land!!
BUT...
I have successfully modified factions! Things looked hopeless for a few days, things simply were not working for reason unknown... and it's still mostly for reason unknown, but I ended up playing around files long enough to find a solution, so I'm not complaining. XD
So what has changed is you now start with a lower amount of power then you can possibly get (in normal B1.7.3 factions, you always start with as much power as you can get). I have it set to you enter the server with 16 power, and can possibly get up 256 power! You will gain 1 power every 80 minutes you are on the server. Then if you are on the server a lot, you will eventually get power to claim the large area that you have built in!
Note: Unless you joined during the factions being broken, your player will now start with 16 power, not the 25 you use to have. Sorry, that's just the way it is right now.
ANYONE WHO CLAIMS OTHERS STUFF WITH RECEIVE AN IMMEDIATE BAN.
